Pin It–Did It: White Trash Bars

Last February I ran across this delish recipe for White Trash Bars on Cookies and Cups. Unfortunately when we made them we were missing one of the ingredients so we improvised and switched toffee bits for chocolate chips. Guess what it worked out just fine!
